PCworld has a review of of the QNAP TS-459 Pro II NAS. PCWorld's headline pretty much sums it up: "High-Performance, Four-Bay NAS Drive Has a High Price to Match".
QNAP NAS models are usually high performance NAS devices with very full featured software. Their price point generally runs a bit higher than the Synology models at the same capacity. Sometimes the old saying holds true though -
